Terms of service
These Terms of Service (hereinafter "the Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between Chromesvault.shop (hereinafter "the Establishment") and any individual or entity engaging with this platform for commercial or informational purposes (hereinafter "the User"). By accessing or utilising this platform, the User acknowledges their acceptance of and compliance with the Terms herein.
Nature of Merchandise
All articles offered for commercial consideration within this platform are deaccessioned goods of post-custodial provenance, sourced from prior proprietors and subjected to authenticity verification prior to listing. The Establishment does not represent itself as an authorised retailer, distributor, or affiliate of Chrome Hearts LLC or any associated entity. All proprietary designations referenced within this platform are utilised solely for the purposes of accurate article identification and descriptive reference.
Transactional Obligations
Upon the successful completion of a purchase transaction, the User enters into a binding agreement to remit payment in full in accordance with the published pricing. The Establishment, in turn, undertakes to dispatch the purchased article in accordance with the Shipping Policy as published on this platform.
Limitation of Liability
The Establishment's aggregate liability in respect of any claim arising from a transaction shall not exceed the total monetary consideration remitted by the User for the article in question. Modification of Terms
